I created this blog to help you the consumers understand what refinishing is all about and to answer your questions concerning refinishing verses replacing. Most people are not aware of the process involved, the industry in general or that it's even an option. If we want to grow as an industry then educating the public to the service and process is the key to that growth. The refinishing industry is still facing one major obstacle; public education. After more than 4 years in the business I'm still surprised at the number of people who make this comment, "I didn't know you could do that." Well yes you can and in most cases it's a very cost effective option over replacing. So please feel free to ask questions or post your comments and I'll do my best to answer them. Miracle Method As An Information Source

As you can see almost all of my links and references are to Miracle Method.  There is a legitimate reason.  Quite frankly as the industry leader in bathtub, shower, tile and countertop refinishing and with over 30 years experience there is no better authoritative source.  If you really want to understand refinishing then Miracle Method is the place to go.  However, to be fair I encourage you to search the internet and see for yourself.  You can find a lot of refinishers but I doubt you’ll find a better source of information on the subject than Miracle Method.

    There should be no underestimating countertops in their ability to set the tone in a bathroom. Changing the countertop will allow you to carry through with the design you desire and visually impact the space with just one renovation.
